1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the oknet platform (the "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with oknet ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and oknet regarding your use of the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the oknet Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are accessing oknet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
• Geographic Restrictions: The Service is intended for users located in the Philippines. Users accessing oknet from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
• Single Account: Each user is permitted to maintain only one oknet account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Financial Capacity: You must use only funds that you legally own and are entitled to use for gambling purposes. Using funds obtained through illegal means or funds belonging to third parties is prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access certain features of the oknet Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

• Notify oknet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. oknet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You agree to:

• Use a strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.

3.3 Account Verification

oknet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oknet accepts deposits through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. oknet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. You agree that:

• All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
• You will only deposit funds that you legally own and are entitled to use.
• You will not attempt to reverse or cancel a deposit after it has been processed.
• You will not use oknet for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

4.3 Deposit Limits

oknet may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits. These limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary based on your account status, payment method, and other factors. oknet reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Payment Method Verification

oknet may require verification that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used for deposits. You may be asked to provide documentation such as bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts, or other proof of ownership. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.3.
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as specified on the platform.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

oknet does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own fees, which are beyond oknet's control. You are responsible for any such fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

oknet reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Your account has not been fully verified.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You have outstanding wagering requirements associated with bonuses.
• Your account is under investigation for any reason.
• The withdrawal request appears to be inconsistent with your normal gaming activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

oknet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Fair Play

oknet is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are determined by these RNGs and are not influenced by oknet or any third party.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, oknet reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed. oknet is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a game, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. oknet is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or other factors outside our control. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Each game on the oknet platform has specified minimum and maximum wager limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface. oknet reserves the right to modify wager limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oknet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using oknet for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Cheating: Using any software, tool, or method designed to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account on the oknet platform.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to oknet systems, other user accounts, or any restricted areas of the platform.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or oknet staff.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from oknet content without express written permission.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by oknet

oknet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requirements.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations.
• Inactivity for an extended period as specified in our account management policy.

9.2 Termination by User

You may close your oknet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding issues with your account.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oknet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

oknet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oknet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of the oknet Service, you must first contact our customer support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our support channels.

11.2 Escalation

If your dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team by submitting a formal written complaint. oknet will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to These Terms

oknet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
